Club Pilates Comprehensive Certification
Education: Comprehensive Training Program
From that first day, I was hooked, immediately drawn to the idea of helping people feel good again, and I knew then that I wanted to follow it as my career path. Throughout my early life, I grew up with a consistent focus on playing sports, including gymnastics, soccer, cross country and even two years of dance in high school, but none of this compared to how Pilates made my body feel while exercising.

As she worked out regularly, she noticed she began to have better posture and her body became more toned and tightened. She continued practicing, and even during her pregnancy Pilates kept her active and toned. Some years later, Patricia completed her 500 hour Real Pilates Teacher training certification through the strenuous and highly regarded Alycea Ungaro Real Pilates Program out of New York. She is 3rd generation instructor of the Romana Kryzanowska lineage and brings her 9 years of Pilates experience to our studio.
